| Liebe Studierende, vielen Dank für Eure Teilnahme an den Urabstimmungen der Studierendenschaft! Hiermit geben wir nun die Ergebnisse bekannt. Insgesamt haben 1.074 Studierende (10,05%) an den Abstimmungen teilgenommen. Somit erfüllen die Urabstimmungen das Erfordernis nach § 10 Abs. 1 Satz 2 der Satzung der Studierendenschaft (10%-Hürde) und sind somit für die Studierendenschaft bindend. Bei der Urabstimmung zum Prüfungsrecht waren 1.071 von 1.074 abgegebenen Stimmen gültig. Dabei haben Insgesamt haben 1.055 (98,51%) Studierende dem Begehren zugestimmt und fordern somit, die Umsetzung des vom Allgemeinen Studierendenausschusses beschlossenen Begehrens. Gegen das Begehren stimmten 11 Studierende (1,03%) und wiederum 5 Studierende (0,47%) enthielten sich. Bei der Urabstimmung zum Thema Campusentwicklung waren 1.070 von 1.074 Stimmen gültig. Die Zustimmung für das Begehren lag mit einer Anzahl von 1.054 Stimmen bei (98,50%). 7 Studierende (0,65%) lehnten das Begehren ab und wiederum 9 Studierende (0,84%) enthielten sich bei der Abstimmung. Als Folge auf die hohen Zustimmungswerte für beide Begehren, werden wir eine entsprechende Forderung an die Dekanate der fünf Fachbereiche und die Mitglieder der Hochschulleitung senden und in einem Brief die konkreten Anliegen der Studierendenschaft adressieren. Zum Thema Prüfungsrecht suchen wir zunächst das Gespräch mit den Dekanaten, insbesondere mit dem Dekanat des Fachbereiches 1 zur Abschaffung der aktuellen Regelung zur Krankschreibung. Zudem veranlassen wir nun eine Rechtsprüfung, wonach die Rechtmäßigkeit der Entscheidung in Frage gestellt werden kann. Da wir das Ergebnis der Urabstimmungen und damit auch das Votum der Studierendenschaft sehr ernst nehmen, sind wir in diesem Zusammenhang auch bereit, den Klageweg zu beschreiten, sollten alle Versuche eine einfache Lösung zu finden, scheitern. Die Studierendenschaft hat sich klar geäußert und auch wenn die Regelung zur Krankschreibung am Fachbereich 1 rechtskonform sein sollte, muss man auch nicht unbedingt alles was juristisch möglich ist, politisch realisieren. Zum Thema Campusentwicklung setzen wir die Verhandlungen mit der WISAG fort, über eine weitergehende Rabattierung der Speisen in der WISAG-Mensa am Campus Lichtenberg. Auch hier stärkt Euer Votum dem AStA den Rücken bei den anstehenden Verhandlungen mit der Berliner Immobilien Management GmbH, der Hochschulleitung und der WISAG. Außerdem priorisieren wir die Weiterentwicklung des Campus Lichtenberg, da hier durch wenige Maßnahmen erhebliches Verbesserungspotential besteht. Am Campus Schöneberg beabsichtigen wir zuerst mit der Stärkung der Sport- und Freizeitangebote zu beginnen und nachfolgend weitere Maßnahmen zu realisieren. Auch wird die Möglichkeit eines Raumes der Stille nun geprüft. Wir hoffen weiterhin auf rege Beteiligung von Eurer Seite und sind dankbar für Anregungen und Ideen zur Umsetzung Eurer Forderungen. | Dear students, Thank you for your participation in the student body ballot! We are now announcing the results. A total of 1,074 students (10.05%) took part in the votes. This means that the ballots fulfill the requirement according to § 10 para. 1 sentence 2 of the student body statutes (10% threshold) and are therefore binding for the student body. In the ballot on examination law, 1,071 of the 1,074 votes cast were valid. A total of 1,055 (98.51%) students voted in favor of the request and thus demanded the implementation of the request decided by the General Student Committee. 11 students (1.03%) voted against the petition and 5 students (0.47%) abstained. In the ballot on campus development, 1,070 out of 1,074 votes were valid. The number of votes in favor of the proposal was 1,054 (98.50%). 7 students (0.65%) rejected the request and 9 students (0.84%) abstained from voting. As a result of the high approval ratings for both requests, we will send a corresponding demand to the deaneries of the five faculties and the members of the university management and address the specific concerns of the student body in a letter. On the subject of examination law, we are initially seeking discussions with the deaneries, in particular with the dean's office of Faculty 1, on the abolition of the current regulation on sick leave. In addition, we are now initiating a legal review, according to which the legality of the decision may be called into question. As we take the result of the ballot and thus also the vote of the student body very seriously, we are also prepared to take legal action in this context should all attempts to find a simple solution fail. The student body has made its position clear and even if the regulations on sick leave at Faculty 1 are legally compliant, not everything that is legally possible must necessarily be implemented politically. On the subject of campus development, we are continuing negotiations with WISAG about a further discount on meals in the WISAG canteen on the Lichtenberg campus. Here too, your vote will support the AStA in the upcoming negotiations with Berliner Immobilien Management GmbH, the university management and WISAG. We are also prioritizing the further development of the Lichtenberg campus, as there is considerable potential for improvement with just a few measures. At the Schöneberg campus, we intend to start by strengthening the sports and leisure facilities and then implement further measures. The possibility of a quiet room is also being examined.
