| Liebe Studierende, vielen Dank für die Übersendung Eurer Fragen zum Semesterticket und zur ggf. eingeführten Pflicht zur Zahlung eines Semesterticketbeitrages für Studierende Eures Studiengangs. Es ist erneut zu betonen, dass die Verkehrsministerkonferenz die Konditionen des aktuell laufenden Deutschland-Semesterticketvertrages festgesetzt hat. Aus diesem Grund kann das AStA-Sozialbüro nicht einfach entscheiden, geltende Rechtsvorschriften zu vernachlässigen und ausschließlich nach eigenem Gewissen Studierende von der Beitragspflicht zu befreien.
