The AStA Department for International Affairs should invite to a kick-off meeting of the International Club at the beginning of each semester to determine if at least fifteen members can be found for the club.
Provided that this prerequisite is met, the International Club shall independently start organizing events, projects and international meetings.

Incentive & Information Campaign
- The AStA Department for International Affairs should issue a certificate to the members of the International Club after one semester for their voluntary commitment.
- Upon realisation of outstanding performance, a letter of recommendation for study abroad will be issued.
- The AStA Department for International Affairs is to conduct an information campaign on the founding of the International Club.
- The AStA Department for International Affairs, together with the members of the International Club, should initiate partnerships with the student bodies of the partner universities of the HWR Berlin and promote the expansion of the encounters.
Tasks
- Maintaining and expanding partnerships between the student body of the HWR Berlin and the student bodies of other universities in Germany and abroad.
- Internationalization and further development of the offers of cultural exchange, international encounters and the teaching of skills for international cooperation at the HWR Berlin.
- Strengthening dialogue, diversity and acceptance of students at HWR Berlin.
- Organization of events and further development of information services at HWR Berlin on internationalization.
- Maintaining contact with the International Office
