The StuPa Presidium leads the student parliament of the HWR Berlin and consists of the President, the Vice President and the Secretary. It is responsible for the organization and management of the meetings as well as the invitation and minutes management. In addition, the Presidium ensures that the parliament works in accordance with its statutes. An important task is the exercise of control functions vis-à-vis the General Student Committee.

Composition of the AStA
The AStA of the HWR consists of 16 departments.
- 6 Board departments: Chair for External Affairs (1), Chair for Internal Affairs (1), Board member for Science Policy and IT (1), Board member for Human Resources and University Policy (1), Board member for Finance and Legal Affairs (1), Board member for Social Affairs and Controlling (1)
- 10 other departments: Mental Health and Accessibility (1), Facility Management (1), Science Policy (1), Student Initiatives and Event Management (1), Sport and Culture (1), Public Relations and University Communication (1), International Affairs and Cooperation (1), University Policy (1), Human Resources Management (1), Anti-discrimination and Sustainability (1)

After your application, someone from the previous AStA will contact you and give you more information about the election.
